Nuktup ("we", "us", or "our") develops and operates Dart Tracker. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Account information (optional)
You can use Dart Tracker without creating an account. If you choose to sign up, we collect your email address and an optional display name so that you can sign in and back up profiles and game history.
Local game data
Player profiles, game history, statistics, settings, and dartboard hit data are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. Profiles and game history are also sent to our server when you sign in.
Subscription data
If you subscribe to Dart Tracker Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt — it does not receive your name or email. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Walk-on song search
If you search for a walk-on song in a player profile, your search query is sent to the Spotify API through our backend to return song results. We do not store your search queries or link them to your identity. No Spotify account is required.
Feedback (optional)
If you send feedback from the app, we receive the message, its category, basic app and device details, and any reply email address you choose to provide. We use this information only to review and respond to feedback.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide scoring, statistics, and game history functionality.
- To authenticate your account and back up profiles and game history when you sign in.
- To manage your Pro subscription status.
- To return walk-on song search results.
- To review and respond to feedback you choose to send.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
PocketBase — Handles account authentication (email and password) and server backup for signed-in users. Data is stored on our server infrastructure.
RevenueCat — Manages in-app subscription verification and entitlements. Receives anonymous user IDs and Apple purchase receipts.
Spotify API — Used to search for walk-on songs. Search queries are proxied through our backend. No Spotify user data is collected.
Apple App Store — Processes all subscription payments. We do not have access to your payment details. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not integrate any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or tracking pixels in the app.
4. Server Backup
Server backup is entirely optional and only active when you create an account and sign in. Player profiles and game history are uploaded to our servers. Automatic restore or merging on another device is not currently available. If you do not sign in, all data stays on your device and is never transmitted.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it within the app or uninstall Dart Tracker. If you have an account, you can delete it from the Account screen in the app — this permanently removes your email and backed-up data from our servers and clears local profiles and game history.
6. Children's Privacy
Dart Tracker does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Account creation is optional and is not required to use the app. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
