Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Decision Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Decision Pro is a mobile application designed to help you make random decisions through interactive tools including:

• Custom Wheel Spinner: Create unlimited lists and spin wheels for decision-making
• 3D Coin Flip: Realistic coin toss with heads or tails
• Dice Roller: Classic dice mode and RPG polyhedral mode for gaming
• History Log: Track all your past decisions and rolls

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. Do not enter content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Scrape or collect data from the App

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Decision Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECISION PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
