- I don't see my Mac under "Nearby".
- Make sure Palette Remote Host is running on the Mac (check the menu bar for the computer icon in the top-right). iPhone and Mac must be on the same Wi-Fi network. On first launch, iOS asks for Local Network permission, if you denied it, toggle it back on in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network > Palette Remote.
- The cursor doesn't move after pairing.
- The Mac host needs Accessibility permission to move the cursor. macOS prompts on first launch, if you missed it, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and turn on Palette Remote Host.

- Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase. Open the paywall (tap "Try Pro" in Nearby), then tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom.
- Renamed my Mac and now I need to re-pair.
- Your paired Macs are keyed by a stable device ID, not the name, so renames normally keep pairings. If it did break, tap the Mac again and re-enter a fresh 6-digit code.
