Dart Tracker ("we," "our," or "us"), developed by Nuktup, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.
Data Storage
By default, all your data is stored locally on your device. No account is required to use the app. If you choose to create an account, you can optionally enable cloud sync to back up your data across devices.
- Local data: Game history, player profiles, statistics, and preferences are stored on-device
- Cloud sync (optional): If enabled, your data is synced securely to our servers to allow cross-device access
- Account data: If you create an account, we store your email address for authentication purposes
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address (only if you create an account for cloud sync)
- Game data: Scores, player profiles, game settings, and statistics
Third-Party Services
- RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions. Receives only an anonymous user identifier — no personal data is shared
- Spotify API (optional): If you use the walk-on song feature, search queries are proxied through our backend. We do not store your Spotify data
- Apple App Store: Handles subscription billing. Subject to Apple's privacy policy
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not use advertising SDKs or display ads
- We do not use analytics SDKs or tracking pixels
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
- We do not collect device identifiers or location data
Data Deletion
You can delete your local data at any time from Settings > Clear History. If you have an account, you can delete it from the app, which will permanently remove all server-side data associated with your account.
Children's Privacy
Dart Tracker is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
